Roasted coffee beans achieve their peak flavor and aroma in the first three weeks after roasting. After this time, they start to lose their freshness. Once coffee beans are ground, they should be used within 48 hours. Again, they start to lose their freshness.
We roast our beans several times a week and you can be assured that they are the freshest you will find. We call this "Present age roasting"
